Dr. Chad Guerra
Dr. Chad Guerra attended Brigham Young University and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a minor in Chemistry. He spent a year teaching before ultimately deciding to pursue a career in dentistry. Dr. Chad went on to attend the Medical College of Georgia and graduated in 2006 with his Doctorate of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Chad has been a member of the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Association, and the Greater Springfield Dental Society, as well as the Academy of General Dentistry. Along with continuing education in general dental areas, Dr. Chad has completed extensive training in implantology and Invisalign®. His attention to detail and gentle touch ensure his patients receive only the best of care.
Dr. Chad’s faith and family are the things he values most. He is fluent in Spanish, an avid soccer player, and enjoys playing the guitar and singing. Before moving to Bolivar, he married his wife, Michelle. Together, they are raising their family of three little boys, Liam, Max, and Chaz, and a daughter named Felicity.
Dr. Pulsipher and his wife Abby were both raised in Stockton, Missouri, and graduated from Stockton High School in 2003. They have four amazing children, two boys and two girls that they love spending time with. As a family, they enjoy just about everything the Missouri outdoors has to offer! Before pursuing a career in dentistry, Dr. Pulsipher spent most of his time working on the family dairy farm and repairing sailboats at the local sailboat center. When the decision to become a dentist was made, he attended Missouri State University and received his bachelor’s degree. He continued his education at University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, graduating as a Doctor of Dental Surgery.
Our office is equipped with up-to-date dental technology to keep our care efficient, effective, and comfortable.
Air abrasion removes tooth decay with a powerful stream of air. Air abrasion is quieter than most dental drills, and it’s more precise and often faster to use than traditional dental drills.
Our office has an onsite milling machine that can design and create permanent dental crowns in one visit, removing the need for temporary crowns and multiple appointments.
Digital X-rays capture highly detailed images that are available for our team to review within seconds. We also use 3D X-rays to get a complete picture of the patient’s teeth and jaws.
Intraoral cameras are handheld devices that stream live video to a monitor. Dentists use them to get a closer look at the patient’s teeth and gums, and the patient can also see what their dentist is seeing.
Isolite devices provide patients with a comfortable place to rest their jaw during procedures while simultaneously suctioning saliva and illuminating the inside of the patient’s mouth.
Soft-Tissue Laser Therapy
While it may sound intimidating, laser gum therapy is more comfortable and precise than traditional gum treatments, and it promotes a faster healing process post-treatment.
